If a customer doesn’t respond, you can message them using Chat or give them a call. If they don’t reply or pick up, your app will let you send a ‘leaving soon’ alert to their phone. 5 minutes after you’ve sent this alert you’ll be able to complete the delivery and leave their order in a safe place. Take a photo of the order in the rider app, and to protect the customer's privacy, be sure not to include any people’s faces or any other identity information in the photo. If the order contains age-restricted items these should be removed before leaving it and safely disposed of afterward.
