If your rider app is not working or crashes when you open it, follow these tips to try and fix it.
First, make sure you're in a Deliveroo area - you'll see this on the in-app map - and check that you have good internet connectivity. Then follow the below steps to try to resolve the issue.
- Try switching your phone off and on again.
- Log out of the app and log back in using your phone number.
- Check you have enough data and storage on your phone.
- Check you have the most up to date version of the app.
To check which version you have, open the rider app, go to Settings > Check for app updates
