If two orders are being prepared in the same restaurant to be delivered close to one another, the app will create a “stacked order".
There are two types of stacked orders:
- Some of them are released as stacked orders from the start. This means that when you accept the order, you know it's a stacked order because two different customers have already placed their order before the algorithm comes into action.
- For the second type of stacked orders, the two orders are not assigned to you at the same time. When you have accepted a simple order, it may be that later, when you arrive at the restaurant for example, the app tells you that your simple order can become a stacked order.
