Do you need to report a wrong location of restaurants in our system?

Some riders have told us via WhatsApp groups that sometimes, when you pick up an order at a restaurant, you have to go to a place next to the restaurant to validate the pickup of your order. This wastes time and is inconvenient for you. If this happens again in the future, please fill out the form below to help us change this location in our system! You will need to provide your rider ID, order number, and the name of the restaurant whose location is incorrect. We will do our best to place the restaurant correctly on the map in our system.
