The conditions are as follows

• You are between 18 and 25 years old
• You are registered for at least 17 hours of lessons per week or 27 credits per academic year
• You follow the courses regularly OR you are recognised as a student-entrepreneur by your educational institution
• Your diploma is recognised in Belgium
