Any person over the age of majority. However for non-EEA applicants we require you to have either of the following ID cards which you can obtain from your local town hall.

1. A Belgian residence card (type B,C,D,E,E+,F or F+)
2. Refugee status with a residence permit

Please make sure the ID card is not expiring within 3 months when you upload it on your application - otherwise we cannot accept it.
