How do I replace my kit?

NB: Replacement kit stocks are temporarily unavailable. We will get back to you as soon as the kits are back. Thank you for your understanding.

The 3 elements that we replace are:

  • Insulated backpack
  • Jacket
  • Phone holder

How to proceed to the replacement?

Click on this link and add a detailed photo of the part of your damaged kit as well as a description of the issue. Please pay attention to send a picture accompanied by a text written with your name and date next to it.

We’ll check manually that your kit is broken and that you can indeed not ride with it anymore.

If you feel that your kit is no longer in compliance, we’ll send you an e-mail confirming that your new order is on the way.

You just have to wait your new kit at home that arrives within 3 working days.
