If I choose to unassign myself from an order after accepting it, will I still be paid the administration costs?

No.

You can of course choose to cancel an order if a restaurant takes too much time but that means you also refuse the payment for this order. It is not possible to be paid the administration costs if you unassign before completing the order.

The total amount is paid only when you fully complete an order.
