Riders and restaurants are at the heart of our platform. It is through this collaboration that Deliveroo customers can get the best food in their neighborhood.
With the "Better Together" campaign, Deliveroo wants to highlight the relationship and collaboration between riders and restaurants and to propose different activities that you can participate in to celebrate this collaboration.
The first activity of this campaign: the Deliveroo Riders' Awards 2022!
These awards give the opportunity to the riders of the cities in which Deliveroo is present in Belgium to elect the restaurant they prefer to collaborate within their city!
These Awards will take place in 2 stages:

FROM TUESDAY 24 MAY TO FRIDAY 03 JUNE 2022: Suggest to us the 3 restaurants in the city you prefer to collaborate with via this link. Explain to us why based on criteria such as:
- Friendly, smiling and welcoming staff,
- Transparency about preparation time,
- Special discounts, free drinks, comfortable waiting area, etc.
Then, our team will sort out the restaurants most mentioned by the riders. - [CLOSED]
FROM TUESDAY 07 JUNE TO TUESDAY 14 JUNE: You can vote for THE favorite restaurant in your city. There will be one winning restaurant in each of the cities in which Deliveroo is present in Belgium. These winning restaurants will receive a beautiful Deliveroo trophy! - [RESULTS WILL BE ANNOUNCED VERY SOON]

One rider per city* who participated in electing the restaurant with which he/she prefers to collaborate will be drawn and will receive €50 of credit to spend in a Carrefour store! These rider will be contacted via email.
