Yes, a Rider representative may be removed from the Rider Forum if:

• They fail to complete at least 20 orders within 2 months
• Their account is terminated due to a breach of their supplier agreement
• They accept any gifts or cash amounts from a third party in relation to their involvement in the Rider Forum 
• Each rider has to be present at least once during the year. 

If a rider can’t attend he must find a replacement among the other representatives of his city and inform it to the Deliveroo team.

In the case a rider doesn’t follow those two requirements, he will be removed from the forum.
